Ayr Kirk Session records CH2/751/2 ff22,74, 77r, 107v, 108r, 155r, 161r Entries record that she had made 'unchristian' accusations or slanders against several of the community including Johne Power. Ordered to pay a financial penalty and public repentance. Appears to have been in trouble for blaspheming, imprisoned, put in the branks and on this occasion 11/11/1622 ?to be banished. Continues in trouble 1625, 1627, 1629 - further banishment, put into the 'woman-house under the tolbooth stair'. 15/3/1630 entry notes that she was referred to the council.
