Case Notes
Several entries in the Privy Council record the length of imprisonment and pleas from the accused to the PC to order a speedy trial or release her. More commissioners added to list in 1666. BD again appealed to PC in 1667 and commissioners were ordered to explain to PC why no trial had been held. 7/5/1667 she was eventually released and ordered to attend for trial when she was called.
